Victoria Peak dog bed covers are guaranteed for two years against failure from normal wear and tear and manufacturer's defects.

As long as you didn't use bleach and your dog didn't eat it, if your Victoria Peak dog bed cover comes apart, wears out or fails in some way before you've had it for two years, email us a photo clearly depicting what went wrong and we'll replace the failed piece free of charge.

Please note: Although our beds are designed to discourage chewing, we in no way warranty chewed or otherwise negligently damaged or destroyed beds.

If for some reason a return is necessary, the item must be re-shipped at the purchaser's expense within three days of receipt and arrive back here in clean, 'like new' condition to receive full credit for the purchase price (not the shipping), in the form of a merchandise or store credit.

Please note: It's well worth taking the time to be sure you're getting the right sized bed. Measure the space where the bed will 'live' or please email me before you order if you have questions about sizing. Shipping rates are such that returning a Victoria Peak dog bed without compressing it will likely result in a return shipping fee greater than what you paid for the bed itself, so be cautious and email me if you have any doubts about what size bed to order. I spend a lot of time on this with new customers. It's an important part of what I'm here for.

A note on polyester fiber: Even the best polyester fiber (which we use) eventually loses its spring and packs down. How fast that happens is a function of how much use it receives and is something we cannot control or guarantee and so we make available, at cost, a ten pound box of our siliconized, hollow polyester fiber, including delivery, for $30.

Last but not least, a note on privacy: I will never sell, rent, lease, lend or in any other way show my customer list to anybody. I think it's a despicable practice and I'd go out of business before I'd ever resort to it.
